The East Burwood Football Club would like to pass on its condolences and sympathies to the families of Peter Males and Pat King who both passed away recently.
Pat King was awarded life membership of the club in 1987 for his years of service as both a trainer, coach and groundkeeper over a long period of time. He had a huge influence as a coach in the junior club.
Peter Males was also a much loved trainer with a quick wit and jovial personality. He served the club as president in 1989.
He lost his battle with Covid and passed away yesterday. Our best wishes go to his wife Sandra, daughter Sam, son in law Jason and past player Jason as well as his extended family.
